Roasted duck breast 
stuffed with apricots and stem ginger, served on a bed of caramelised red onions with a port and red wine sauce.

roasted salmon

served on bed of crushed new potatoes with chives veloute sauce

whole roasted sea bass served with panetta mushrooms shallots with lemon and herb salsa

Braised lamb shanks
lamp shanks braised in red wine, thyme, rosemary and garlic, served with tomato concasse and Jerusalem artichoke

Roasted Poussin

Served with mushroom and shallots demi-glass

Veg moussaka or mushroom parcel 



White and black chocolate tart
Served with chocolate sauce and salted caramel sauce

Creme brulee 
Served with raspberry couli and mango

Sticky toffee cake
served with toffee sauce and cream anglaise
